“For the Love of Art”
Exploring many mediums and techniques has always been an integral part of my artistic expression.
For this years’ Studio Artists’ Show,
I’ve included hand built ceramics that incorporate a variety of techniques including coil, carving, pinch-pot, slab & hollow spheres. I’ve also included some framed relief scenes (designed in clay & cast in plaster) as well as a couple of traditional figurative pantings on canvas. Figure work remains a common focal point in my work, but I did enjoy hand building the pots included here.
